  3. Will you list the material Motorola adapter boards?

Pouvez-vous lister les composants des platines Motorola?

    1. Like you can see it on schematic, just a MiniDin 6 pol, a 2 rows flat connector (2×8), a 10K potentiometer and some pin header for testing…

Nothing very complicated to find. Some kits are still available on https://shop.f5uii.net

    1. Yes, the “center” of the CDM1250 connector is standard as it is clearly visible in this image.

  6. Could you please provide the schematic for modification on Motorola 4 channels GM340 and GM950?
I would like to use those types of radios to construct a repeater (digital repeater with MMDVM board).
    Thank you in advance.

    Merci d'avance

    1. Antonio,

It does not seem to me that these two radios need to be modified to work with MMDVM (https://wiki.brandmeister.network/index.php/Homebrew/MMDVM)
For the motorola accessory socket, the connector can be wider as shown above for the CDM1250. The adapter connector must then be plugged in the center of the connector.

      Antonio,

      1. Hi Chris,
        Thanks for your prompt answer!
I'm asking this because on https://wiki.brandmeister.network/index.php/Homebrew/MMDVM is stated that concerning GM350/GM950 "PCB Mod. VHF RX TX work (SQ9MYX), UHF RX TX work with 128ch variant and PCB mod (2E0TSP)".
Aslo in your site (https://www.f5uii.net/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/Motorola-Mini-Din-adapter.pdf) is stated that "for 4 – channel GM350, the wiring on the rear accessory plug is not realised. A mod exists." As far as I know, GM350 and GM950 are similar radios.
This video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m9Y2XAaWfss explains the modification on a GM350 but unfortunately the connections are not clearly visibles.

        Salut Chris,
VHF RX TX work (SQ9MYX), UHF RX TX work with 128ch variant and PCB mod (2E0TSP)".

        1. G3UEQ indicates that the 4-channel GM350 requires a modification to have flat audio, similar to what can be obtained on the 128-channel GM350 by simply setting up the software (https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/mmdvm/conversations/messages/6169).
The F5ZKS repeater uses a 128-channel GM350 without modification for transmission and a GM360 for reception.
There is this documentation from Massimo IU5ATN: https://www.grupporadiofirenze.net/2017/05/25/motorola-gm350-4-canali-vs-mmdvm/
Also, I read this modification on the MMDVM group. https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/mmdvm/conversations/messages/14542
